Hair Mask & Accessories
We take pride in providing high-quality hair care products designed to nourish and enhance your curls. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges: •If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at [your email] with photos and your order number. If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement once the incorrect item is returned.
Non-Returnable Items: • Opened or used hair masks • Items purchased on sale or during a promotion
Return Process: • Contact us at [your email] with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Once received, we will process a replacement or store credit.
Refunds: • We do not offer refunds on hair care products. Store credit or exchanges are provided when applicable.

eBooks & Digital Products
All eBook purchases are final sale due to the digital nature of the product. Once purchased, eBooks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you experience issues with downloading your file, please contact us at [your email], and we will ensure you receive your product.
BOOKING CANCELATION & LATE POLICY
I acknowledge and respect that all my clients have a voice and I strive to make sure all my clients are satisfied.
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your service date & and time.
Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and or 100% for no-shows.
There is a 10 minute grace period!
Showing up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a late fee.
After 20 minutes of being late there will be a fee depending on service.
I am willing to do another style that way you may still receive hair treatments and style.
The Retainer fee holds only the time and date you book and is not transferable to another day and time.
Styles can be exchanged only for another style that is of equal or greater value.
If the style is less than original service there will be a $55 up charge.
If your hair is short or thin and you are not sure if i can grip it please send me a video / book a consultation to determine if i will be able to follow through with the service.
I am very busy and try to fit all of my lovely clients in, but there may be a 20 minute wait.
In those cases i will let you know a head of time or offer a discount off of the next service.
